Returned Purchase & Refund Arrangement

At FONCEPT.com we hope that you love what you order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in exchange for new one(s).

Request for goods exchange must be made through email within 14 days, which is according to the postal delivery date, to upon receiving the purchased item(s) through email. The returned item must be new, unwashed, unused and in the original product packaging. Otherwise, the return request will be declined.

If you want to return your purchase because of unfitness or preference for another design, you are responsible for the shipment fees involved.

All of our products have passed quality control before shipment. However, if the item you receive is defective or is damaged during shipment, delivery fees of the returned products should be paid by you first, FONCEPT will refund the delivery fees to you later on.

After we receive your request for goods exchange, usually we will process it within 14 working days. When your request is being processed, we will send you a notification email.
